Aside from a quick blip in the early 80's (what a crazy time), the most famous basketball team in the NBA has been consistent. "NEW YORK" in bold orange and blue colors, arched across their chest. Their core home and road jerseys have remained historically consistent but the inclusion of alternate and special edition jerseys have expanded their designs to have unique color inclusions like black, green, navy, and even (most infamously) having orange as the more prominent color.
